I called to talk to someone re: the timing of the order and whether I would have it in time for Christmas. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely helpful and assured me he would do his best to process the order and make sure it arrived in time which it did. My daughter was surprised and extremely happy to have these for her home and I was thrilled to give it to her for Christmas. You run a class business and I would recommend you to anyone.

The Audubon reproductions are exactly what we wanted. The paper is good quality and the colors are accurate. They look great in our living room.

You have acted correctly, the thing is that in Chile the Customs system is very bad, especially the Chilean Post Office, your products have been held since October 1st and have not yet been released. We have already made the claim. In the future, you must use another shipping system such as UPS or FEDEX, it is more expensive but the service is fast.
I’ve purchased many of these over the years and my most recent experience was wonderful. I asked for the prints to be laminated and they look great. They weren't advertised as being laminated but they answered my request anyway.......good job guys, and girls!
