You have acted correctly, the thing is that in Chile the Customs system is very bad, especially the Chilean Post Office, your products have been held since October 1st and have not yet been released. We have already made the claim. In the future, you must use another shipping system such as UPS or FEDEX, it is more expensive but the service is fast.
