You have acted correctly, the thing is that in Chile the Customs system is very bad, especially the Chilean Post Office, your products have been held since October 1st and have not yet been released. We have already made the claim. In the future, you must use another shipping system such as UPS or FEDEX, it is more expensive but the service is fast.
I’ve purchased many of these over the years and my most recent experience was wonderful. I asked for the prints to be laminated and they look great. They weren't advertised as being laminated but they answered my request anyway.......good job guys, and girls!
